Technical requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft MCSA, common operating systems, VPN, Citrix and troubleshooting devices
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of fostering teamwork environment: coaching, one on ones, performance review
• Advanced knowledge of service desk customer service standards and strategies a plus
Education
• High School degree
• Advanced knowledge in system engineering or a technical degree
• Fully bilingual, English and Spanish

Experience
5 years previous experience in IT service desk management

English Level
Fluent in spoken and written English is a requirement at a management level
