HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
• Required Education/Skills: Bachelor’s degree or technical school certification preferred. Strong PC, mainframe, Internet knowledge, fluent in English, and customer service.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of customer or technical service/support required (Active Directory, VPN, Windows Office, previous call center experience preferred.
Developers
Technical Requirements:
1. University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field or equivalent studies.
2. 2-5 years of experience in software development.
3. Basic skills and experience in software requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
4. Skills in functional and technical software design patterns, principles and practices.
5. Knowledge of relevant software platforms (Windows and Unix environments preferred)
6. Software development skills in HTML, CSS, ASP, C# and .NET environment.
7. Experience with enterprise web applications (need experience in developing in an n-tier architecture).
8. Experience with AJAX, JavaScript, web services, XML, XSLT.
9. Development skills with relational database SQL (SQL Server and DB2 preferred).
10. Experience working with “mission critical” applications.
11. Experience working with unit testing, source control, continuous integration, defect tracking and change management tools.
12. Basic knowledge of software development processes, methodologies and lifecycles.
13. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to a diverse range of clients and users.
14. Excellent oral & written English skills.
